Global Services and Systems Integration Product Owner

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Global Services and Systems Integration Product Owner to join its Global IT organization. This role acts as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable plans, managing risk, and delivering cost-effective technology solutions that support services delivery. It emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across Global Services, the SI team, and other business functions to ensure onboarding commitments are met and value is realized.

Location: Illinois (remote)

Target Base Salary Range: USD 170,000 - 190,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for the relationship between Global Services and the Systems Integration team, engaging with other business functions to foster knowledge sharing and deliver on Say-Do onboarding commitments.
• Collaborate with business partners across functional areas to capture requirements and craft creative solutions.
• Understand the structure and objectives of different business groups to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Work with business leads to assess demand, design solutions, and drive dialogue on streamlining options within established guard rails.
• Support migration of on premise Oracle deployments to Fusion Cloud in partnership with business leads.
• Ensure tool utilization and standardization of solutions on the Project Management Platform with business leads.
• Collaborate with the CX team to create the simplest possible experiences for built solutions.
• Define assignment objectives and apply appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate with business and IT partners across functions through prioritization cadences to meet commitments.
• Navigate issues to deliver tasks on time and within budget.
• Translate rapidly evolving business needs into functional requirements and propose alternative implementation approaches.
• Work closely with other IT product owners to manage changes and promote standardization and adoption of solutions.
• Provide leadership to support real time operational systems and resolve complex development and technical issues.
• Implement engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures aligned with goals and business satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative environment that facilitates close interaction between the team and stakeholders.
• Identify and enable managed delivery metrics and reporting.
• Own a clear vision for supporting Services and the SI areas and ensure alignment with business objectives and breakthroughs.
• Maximize product value and monitor adoption; maintain the product backlog and prioritize features with the business product partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years of Product Owner experience with a technical background in systems and platforms.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
