Group Product Manager, Technology and Digital
Job Description
Own the strategy and delivery of the next-generation internal employee platform at Baptist Health South Florida in Coral Gables, FL (onsite), leveraging AI-accelerated development to improve core workflows while ensuring production-grade quality and data safety for a large enterprise workforce.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision – Own the internal employee platform roadmap; translate complex operational needs into a clear direction that simplifies daily work for non-technical staff.
- Engineering Partnership – Collaborate with engineering leadership to keep the roadmap aligned with an AI-accelerated development cycle; define product intent (specs, acceptance criteria, and agent context) and determine appropriate human review gates.
- User Experience – Champion the end user experience, ensuring the platform remains simple and frictionless for a non-technical workforce despite advanced AI capabilities.
- Data Strategy – Lead how the platform interacts with the data store; define use cases for data retrieval, entry, and workflow automation that safely leverage centralized data.
- Team Leadership – Mentor and manage a team of Product Managers; cultivate rapid iteration, deep user empathy, and alignment with enterprise goals.
- Stakeholder Alignment – Connect development teams with business leaders; report progress, manage expectations, and measure the platform’s impact on employee productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (related field) is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years in product management, including at least 2 years managing other PMs or overseeing a complex product portfolio.
- Direct, recent experience shipping production software through an AI-accelerated process, including how you structured specs and context, where you placed human review, and how you kept quality high.
- Proven track record building successful B2B enterprise software or large-scale internal operational platforms used by a diverse, non-technical workforce.
- Solid working knowledge of a modern AI-accelerated SDLC, including spec-driven development, context engineering, agentic and multi-agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Deep expertise in user research, workflow analysis, and translating daily operational pain points into elegant, simplified software solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment and balance rapid engineering outputs with rigorous product quality and governance standards.
- Minimum required experience: 7 years.
