GTM Technology Product Owner
Job Description
Harvey is hiring a GTM Technology Product Owner to join the Revenue Technology team, working on tools and projects that support global customer support and success motions. This role focuses on orchestration and data layers that reduce friction across the GTM lifecycle, using agentic applications and automations to speed up post-sales execution and help teams spend their time on the highest value interactions.
What you’ll work on
- Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to turn business objectives into technical requirements, acting as both project liaison and lead analyst.
- Move with extreme urgency and agency once prioritization is agreed upon with leadership.
- Gather requirements and help design advanced automations that improve speed and efficiency.
- Stay deeply focused on the post-sales customer lifecycle, removing inefficiencies and expanding automation across business units.
- Leverage Ticketing, CSP, PSA and other applications, plus AI agents, to automate lifecycle best practices and support value realization, with the goal that post-sales teams are spending 100% of their time on high value interactions.
- Advise cross-functionally with managers and ICs on what AI is ready to do today versus what should remain human-led.
- Serve as a liaison between Customer Success, User Operations, RevOps, and GTM Systems to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
- Guide strategic evaluations of projects and platforms to help leadership make informed prioritization decisions.
- Own data integrity, deduplication, and system audits.
- Document evolving data models and process flows to stay scalable as the business doubles in size.
- Conduct deep research to verify that adopted tools are driving ROI.
What you bring
- 5-8 years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Background in consulting or a high-growth tech company is required.
- Ability to demonstrate a portfolio grounded in AI first principles.
- Experience explaining the technical nature of different models and platforms, and building micro-apps using Claude, Lovable, n8n, Replit, or other agentic applications.
- Proven experience understanding the relationship between technology and users.
- Strong ability to extrapolate data structures across platforms into a baseline usable by both end users and agents.
- Empathy for individual pain points paired with cold logic for platform-level decisions.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills plus experience with BI tools.
- Consultative approach to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into elegant, scalable technical solutions.
- Track record iterating with technical teams and delivering projects from inception to hypercare.
