- Collaborate with Engineering to shape API contracts and dependencies, including documentation needs, telemetry, and developer onboarding.
- Turn OEM capabilities, vehicle eligibility, and integration dependencies into requirements spanning data ingestion, normalization, journeys, and delivery.
- Set expectations for data coverage, freshness, and provenance across vehicle makes and generations, and work with Engineering on architecture review and technical tradeoffs.
- Use approved AI tools for research, prototypes, specifications, and backlog refinement, then verify outputs against source evidence and stakeholder decisions.
- Maintain requirements in Confluence and track work in Jira.
- Prioritize technical enablers and infrastructure improvements with Engineering, coordinating timelines, dependencies, acceptance testing, and rollout with QA and customer-facing teams.
- Define requirements for consent, retention, access, and tenant isolation with Engineering and compliance stakeholders, including obligations under GDPR and CCPA.
- Include privacy and authorization checks in acceptance criteria, protecting customer data and confidential information when using AI tools.
