Inventory and Product Operations Analyst
Job Description
Texas Instruments is hiring an Inventory and Product Operations Analyst to connect inventory and product lifecycle strategy to measurable revenue performance and operational efficiency. In this onsite role in Dallas, you will use advanced analytics to improve visibility across supply and demand, partner across teams to resolve execution gaps, and support product readiness from early development through end-of-life transitions.
What you’ll do
- Own and manage portfolio performance across assigned business segments, with clear stewardship of KPIs, revenue outcomes, and overall operational health.
- Build and maintain advanced analytical models and systems that increase operational visibility so leadership can make real-time decisions.
- Improve operational readiness for product lifecycles by translating data into actionable insights from early-stage development through market maturity and end-of-life transitions.
- Detect inefficiencies in existing workflows and lead the design, implementation, and scaling of new operational processes that support long-term growth.
- Serve as a central point of contact for strategic business units, manufacturing, and sales, driving collaborative problem-solving and alignment between supply and demand.
What you bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain analysis, financial analysis, or a related analytical role, with semiconductor or related experience a plus.
- Advanced capability in data manipulation and visualization, including tools such as Excel/VBA, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, with a track record of deriving insights from large, complex datasets.
- Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and produce data-backed recommendations for complex business problems.
- Experience working in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to build influential relationships and drive consensus in a matrixed environment.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives or managing small-to-medium scale operational projects.
- Strong understanding of how operational metrics such as inventory turns, lead times, and fill rates affect P&L.
- Ability to stay effective and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic business environment.
- Capability to translate complex technical or operational data into clear, executive-level business narratives.
