Role overview

As the Principal Technical Product Manager for AWS Security Assurance, you will own the product strategy and roadmap. You will collaborate with customers, engineers, and security/assurance professionals to tackle complex challenges and shape a roadmap tailored for security-sensitive customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize features that address core customer pain points.
• Collaborate across functions to remove bottlenecks, manage escalations, weigh trade-offs, balance business needs with technical constraints, and deliver strong customer experiences while maximizing value.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer for the product line from concept through launch and ongoing support.
• Influence senior leadership with product definitions grounded in customer feedback and data.

Requirements

• Proven leadership with strong prioritization, clear communication, and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and product strategy.
• More than 10 years of direct collaboration with engineering teams.
• At least 7 years owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• At least 7 years delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs for a product.
• At least 7 years working with and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
