Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end CSAM detection and removal operations, ensuring timely handling of cases
- Track key metrics and incident trends, using data to improve workflows and tooling
- Develop and refine SOPs, escalation paths, and automation to boost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting and audit support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Trust & Safety to assess risk, improve processes, and support incident response
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, product operations, or content moderation
- Knowledge of CSAM regulations and industry best practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and high-impact content professionally
- Experience at tech platforms or social media companies
- Direct experience in CSAM or related Trust & Safety operations
- Familiarity with automation tools and workflow management systems
- Experience working in cross-regional or global teams

Base salary range: USD 93,600 to USD 220,400 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or restricted stock units as part of the total package.
