Responsibilities

• Help shape the product strategy and roadmap for agentic AI in operational excellence
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to steer product decisions
• Identify and prioritize features that address major customer pain points
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Aid go-to-market efforts, including pricing and packaging strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other AWS teams to ensure smooth integration

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
• 5+ years of technical experience in software development, networking, IT, or related fields
