Product Delivery Manager - UX Research

Brooksource is hiring a strategic Product Delivery Manager for Experience Operations to support UX Research and the broader Experience Design organization. This is a 12-month remote contract focused on leading UX research and design delivery, operational transformation initiatives, and adoption of new technologies into team workflows.

Role Overview

In this position, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of UX research and design-related projects, ensuring plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment support Experience Operations priorities and business objectives. You will also drive change management activities as project needs and organizational priorities evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for UX research, design, and operational transformation initiatives, from scoping and planning through execution, delivery, and retrospective.
• Collaborate with UX research, design, product, and engineering stakeholders to define goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, aligning outcomes with Experience Operations strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders by providing transparent updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for project teams, supporting accountability, momentum, and consistently high-quality delivery.
• Implement and oversee change management processes to reflect evolving project needs and shifting organizational priorities.
• Produce and deliver comprehensive documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.
• Lead and facilitate AI adoption initiatives, supporting integration of new technologies into existing workflows.
• Plan and coordinate an annual Customer Experience (CX) conference, including logistics, content, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support employee-led activities and programs aimed at improving employee experience, such as engagement initiatives, professional development, and wellness programs.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong preference for experience supporting design, UX, or research teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to build trust and align diverse teams.
• Experience leading scrum ceremonies, working within agile workflows, and managing Jira dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of design tools including Figma, Sketch, and XD.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.

Compensation & Work Details

Pay: USD $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
