About the opportunity
This is not a traditional Product Manager role. The position suits someone who thinks and operates like a General Manager, owning a business, making strategic decisions, and driving operational performance. You will have full ownership of a technical product line, leading both its commercial strategy and financial performance while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.
The ideal candidate understands that product management extends beyond product development. Success requires balancing customer demand, manufacturing capacity, pricing strategy, profitability, operational constraints, and long-term growth initiatives.
If you enjoy making business decisions, influencing cross-functional teams, and owning the success of an entire product portfolio, this opportunity offers meaningful impact.
Why this opportunity
Take ownership of an established product line with substantial growth potential. You will shape business strategy, influence operational performance, and directly affect financial results alongside experienced leaders across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and finance. This is a chance to build a business rather than merely manage a product, with visibility across the organization and a lasting impact on the portfolio.
