Product Manager
Job Description
JPMorgan Chase is strengthening its Digital Channels with a hands-on Product Manager for the Web Homepage, stationed onsite in Columbus. The role centers on crafting the homepage vision, strategy, and roadmap, while leading the full product lifecycle with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality experiences for customers navigating the web.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery work and market research to uncover customer solutions and weave them into the product roadmap
- Define the product strategy and vision that deliver tangible value to users
- Establish the framework and monitor key success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability
- Own and evolve the product backlog to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Drive product discovery through customer research, stakeholder input, usability testing, and market/competitive insights
- Own the homepage strategy and roadmap aligned to customer journeys, business priorities, and digital channel goals
- Translate insights into outcomes by defining problem statements, KPIs, and OKRs
- Lead cross-functional execution with design and engineering to deliver enhancements, experiments, and new capabilities
- Prioritize work using data, customer impact, risk/compliance considerations, technical effort, and business value
- Manage the product backlog including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning to ensure timely delivery
- Optimize performance and engagement through analytics, experimentation, personalization, and iterative improvements
- Champion user-centric design with accessibility, clarity, and alignment to brand and channel standards
- Establish operating rhythms and communicate status, tradeoffs, and decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across lines of business, content, legal/risk, Ads Frameworks, and technology to align priorities
- Monitor trends in customer behavior and market dynamics to keep the homepage relevant and effective
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in digital products, web experiences, or customer-facing platforms, or an equivalent domain
- Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery through value management
- Experience defining and executing product strategy while driving day-to-day delivery with agile teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making (funnels, engagement metrics, segmentation, experiments)
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience writing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication skills that simplify complex topics and align teams around outcomes
- Strong customer experience mindset with a track record of delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences
