Product Manager

This on site Product Manager role is based in Lisle, Illinois, and centers on shaping product vision, strategy, and lifecycle while collaborating with colleagues across the United States and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product's long term vision and strategy, and map a roadmap that aligns with customer priorities and business objectives.
• Gather and assess customer, market, and business requirements, prioritizing them through research and data driven insights.
• Work with Development, Sales, Marketing and other cross functional teams in the US and Europe to design, launch, and continually improve products.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including gathering requirements, writing user stories, prioritizing features, launching releases, and driving ongoing improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in product management or a related industry.
• Strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills, and a data informed approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs with business objectives while leading cross functional collaboration.
