Product Manager

Infor is looking for a Product Manager in Dallas, TX to help advance product use cases for the Value+ and Velocity suite by incorporating AI and technology innovations. In this onsite role, you will work across teams to turn industry needs into product improvements that support measurable business outcomes.

You will own key parts of the product lifecycle, from shaping the innovation roadmap to refining requirements, validating direction through research, and using performance signals to drive iteration after launch.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive the technology innovation product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Translate product vision into functional requirements and user stories.
• Partner with R&D to support timely feature delivery with quality and usability.
• Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and user research to inform product decisions.
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance, usage analytics, and customer feedback to iterate and improve.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to support product launches, enablement, and positioning.
• Ensure products meet industry regulations and align with Infor security and cloud architecture standards.
• Represent Infor at customer meetings, user conferences, and industry events as needed.

What you bring

• Experience in product management or a related role such as solution consulting, business development, or sales.
• Experience using AI to improve business processes.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience delivering quality user experiences.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in one of Infor’s core verticals, such as manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, or hospitality.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or ERP.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and modern data integration techniques.
• Experience in UX or data analytics.
