Product Manager
Job Description
Build and refine products that shape the Disney Vacation Club guest experience. As a Product Manager in Disney Experiences Technology, you will help define product strategy and roadmap outcomes across multiple product areas, bringing ideas to execution with cross-functional partners. The team is responsible for end-to-end digital and physical guest experiences for premier vacation brands, including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club.
This onsite role is based in Celebration, FL and supports teamwork and collaboration with an expectation to be on-site at least 4 days per week. Compensation for the role is $111,900-$150,000 per year, depending on level and position, with the potential for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units.
What you will do
- Contribute to product vision, business strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps for the organization.
- Define product strategy and present vision and strategic plans to executive leadership across the product lifecycle.
- Partner with technology and business leaders to develop strategies that use technology to support business growth.
- Support internal squads to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Turn product concepts into actionable deliverables, including user stories, epics, and detailed requirements; manage backlog refinement, prioritization, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in daily scrums, make priority decisions, and remove blockers to keep product rollouts on track.
- Work through blockers and influence decisions across technology and business teams.
- Make data-informed decisions using qualitative and quantitative research, analytics, documentation, and testing.
- Stay current on marketing technology trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
- Provide regular product and scorecard updates to business and technology leadership, and support ongoing documentation and coordination of feature launches and enhancements.
What you bring
- 3+ years of combined business and digital experience.
- Experience supporting medium to large technology projects, including collaboration on estimates, scope, and plans.
- Experience working through technical, user, and business issues in a digital organization.
- Ability to identify and explain how industry trends impact the business.
- Experience collaborating across large matrixed organizations.
- Ability to achieve results through others, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with proactive thinking.
- Working knowledge of markets, products, and the competitive landscape, including translating technologies into business value (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience.
Additional detail
Timeshare industry or related travel industry experience is preferred.
