Product Manager

Delan Associates, Inc is seeking a Product Manager to support product delivery in a fast-paced environment based in Brooklyn, NY on-site. In this role, you will connect user needs to actionable development work, use data to shape product priorities, and manage projects across teams using Agile practices.

This position requires at least 4 years of experience in project and product management, including work that spans roadmap prioritization, delivery planning, and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce and/or iOS or Android applications is a key part of the role.

Experience and skills required

• Minimum 4 years of experience across project and product management in fast-paced environments
• Project managing large-scale projects in high-tempo settings
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to translate user needs into development stories
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Working knowledge of Agile project management frameworks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data to prioritize a roadmap and validate completed projects
• Experience in government or in community, issue, labor, or political organizing
• Experience product managing Salesforce, iOS, or Android application(s)
