Product Manager Advisor

FedEx is hiring a Product Manager Advisor for a hybrid role focused on product and portfolio strategy, with hands-on leadership across complex cloud transformation and platform engineering programs. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations to define roadmaps, drive delivery, and use data to evaluate market and economic factors.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of product or portfolio strategies and plans, factoring in product lifecycle stage and customer experience.
• Own end-to-end delivery for complex cloud transformation and platform engineering programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Security, and Operations teams to define roadmaps and execution plans.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, release management, and stakeholder communications.
• Track program KPIs and delivery metrics, and prepare executive reporting.
• Lead or execute complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams.
• Coach less senior team members through ongoing guidance and support.

What you bring

• Superior knowledge of competitive, market, and economic factors affecting product performance, plus the ability to perform fact-based data analysis.
• Expert communication and presentation skills, along with quantitative and problem-structuring and problem-solving ability.
• Strong executive presence and human relations skills, with a track record of networking and influencing.
• Project management leadership experience, including strong project management expertise.
• Five to seven (5 to 7) years of work experience in product management, market analysis or research, or an equivalent background.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalency in product marketing, economics, business, or a related field.

Location and work setup

• Hybrid role with preferred location in the Plano, TX hub.
• Candidates may also be located in Pittsburgh, PA or Memphis, TN.
• Employees must live within 50 miles of the campus location.
• Work at the FedEx campus is required several times per week.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range estimate: $8,896 - $12,010 per month (starting pay determined by experience, market level, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law).
• Plano, TX & Pittsburgh, PA pay range: $8,896.99 - $12,010.93/month.
• Memphis pay range: $8,452.14 - $11,410.38/month.
• Additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential may apply (eligibility stated).
