Product Manager, Business Strategy
Job Description
Infoblox’s Office of the President team is building an AI-enabled workspace that helps sellers make better decisions and act on customer, account, and pipeline signals across expansion, renewal, and new-logo motions. In this role, you will own the product strategy and execution that connects seller needs to measurable outcomes, while partnering closely with product, engineering, data, and operations.
What you’ll do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes across seller roles and sales motions, including expansion, renewal, and new-logo workflows.
- Translate seller and sales-leader needs into clear, role-based workflows such as prioritized actions, account intelligence, meeting preparation, pipeline views, and guided next steps.
- Lead continuous discovery with sellers, sales leaders, and business stakeholders using interviews, workflow observation, pilots, feedback sessions, and structured validation.
- Design AI-assisted product experiences and recommendation workflows, including feedback loops, evaluation criteria, confidence and relevance checks, and human review where appropriate.
- Use approved AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, prototyping, requirements drafting, analysis, workflow automation, and decision support while protecting confidential information.
- Define and improve AI-assisted product workflows, including prompts, evaluations, data processing, analytical and recommendation frameworks, feedback loops, and quality checks.
- Define use cases, requirements, and prioritization for account, product-usage, engagement, intent, renewal, and pipeline signals, including how recommendations are explained and acted upon.
- Lead pilot design and iteration, user acceptance testing, launch readiness, change management, enablement, and adoption planning from early access through broader rollout.
What you’ll bring
- 5 to 7 years of experience in product management, product strategy, business or sales strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- MBA or other advanced degree in Strategy, Product, or Technology is a plus.
- Experience with B2B enterprise software, sales or go-to-market products, seller workflows, sales operations, or customer lifecycle solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Practical experience building or managing AI-enabled products, recommendations, or workflow automation, including output evaluation and human feedback.
- Experience planning product pilots, seller enablement, change management, and adoption measurement across multiple user roles or regions.
- Go-to-market (GTM) product development experience is preferred; familiarity with sales engagement, forecasting, account intelligence, or enablement tools is a plus.

Six months
- Establish trusted relationships with executive sponsors, sellers, sales leaders, and cross-functional product, engineering, data, and operations partners.
- Build a clear understanding of seller workflows, business priorities, user roles, data sources, AI capabilities, and product dependencies.
- Own a validated roadmap and prioritized requirements tied to user evidence, strategic outcomes, feasibility, and cost.
- Lead one or more capabilities from discovery through pilot, incorporating structured seller feedback and product-quality evidence.
- Define baselines, targets, and reporting for adoption, recommendation relevance, actions taken, seller productivity, and business value.
- Align launch, enablement, data governance, integration, and operating plans with the teams needed to support scale.
