Product Manager- Claims & Disputes
Job Description
The Product Manager for Claims and Disputes leads the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery, representing the voice of the customer to create scalable, high-quality solutions within JPMorganChase's Consumer & Community Banking Operations. This onsite role is based in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers meaningful value to customers.
- Guides discovery efforts and conducts market research to identify customer needs and translate them into the product roadmap.
- Owns, maintains, and evolves a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Establishes the framework to measure success and tracks key metrics such as cost, feature scope, risk posture, and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain, or equivalent expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design processes, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
