Product Manager - Senior Associate

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Product Associate to help advance customer relationship management capabilities within the Global Banking and Payments front office. In this role, you will lead discovery, shape product requirements, and support delivery across partner teams, contributing to the strategic roadmap for the Global Banking Experience & Intelligence program.

Working in New York, NY on site, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver on-time solutions. The work sits in a global banking organization serving a wide range of clients across industries, from corporations and governments to healthcare, education, banks, and investors.

What you’ll do

• Define product vision and strategy, set measurable objectives and OKRs, and use them to track impact and drive accountability.
• Lead product discovery by synthesizing user needs, business requirements, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Help shape and prioritize the product roadmap with stakeholders across the Commercial & Investment Bank, balancing client and business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Co-create the target-state front-office experience with Design, Engineering, and Business partners, applying design-thinking and rapid prototyping to translate validated concepts into scoped requirements.
• Make data-informed product decisions using qualitative research and quantitative analysis, including insights from large data sets, to guide feature design and measure adoption and program outcomes.
• Own release readiness and execution with Engineers, Architects, and Scrum Masters, coordinating dependencies and defining and running end-to-end testing for quality delivery.
• Support go-to-market, rollout, and change-management planning for new capabilities, partnering with Customer Success, support, and training to improve adoption and sustain user value.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a financial services firm, tech firm, or startup in product management or business analysis for a software product.
• Experience with user-centered design, software development lifecycle, business process analysis, and software testing.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem solving, including translating quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with software development and data concepts, including APIs, web application architecture, and structured vs. unstructured data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort tailoring communication for different audiences.

Compensation

USD 99,750 - 155,000 per year.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management software
