Product Manager, EnFin Business Architecture
Job Description
This Product Manager role within Qcells' EnFin Business Architecture advances the customer qualification and risk management experience, owning initiatives across application risk assessment, compliance tooling, credit decisioning, onboarding infrastructure, and operational platforms. The position is based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product initiatives that support the end-to-end customer qualification and risk management workflow.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, PMO, Design, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
- Convert operational, compliance, and customer needs into concrete product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog.
- Drive programs focused on application risk assessment, compliance controls, credit decisioning, onboarding infrastructure, and related operational platforms.
- Develop a holistic view of the technology landscape, including Salesforce, onboarding workflows, credit decisioning systems, partner portals, APIs, integrations, and supporting business systems.
- Work with Engineering to assess technical tradeoffs, integration needs, and scalable design options.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs, customer success metrics, operational performance, and risk-related outcomes.
- Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and iteratively improve workflows, efficiency, and experience.
- Share roadmaps, status updates, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigations with stakeholders and leadership.
- Prioritize competing initiatives by balancing customer needs, business goals, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-enabled product capabilities, and best practices in product management, FinTech, and renewable energy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management or equivalent experience leading software products, operational platforms, or business process transformations.
- Proven ability to translate business, operations, and compliance needs into concrete product requirements and technical solutions.
- Experience delivering products in Agile environments and collaborating with Engineering through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, SaaS applications, data flows, and modern software architectures.
- Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, using data and metrics to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
