Job Description

In San Francisco, Amazon's eero product team is seeking a Product Manager II to shape and deliver the company’s internationalization strategy and drive global launches. This role collaborates across Legal, Packaging, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to expand eero’s footprint in new markets while keeping execution aligned with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with International Expansion leadership to shape and execute eero’s internationalization plan.
  • Partner with Legal, Packaging, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to assess new international launch requests, validate feasibility, and drive the international roadmap.
  • Use data to validate hypotheses, guide decision making, and prioritize launches across multiple countries and channels.
  • Escalate technical and program risks, blockers, and tradeoffs to decision-makers with clear impact analysis to enable fast resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Communicate blockers, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders in a timely manner to secure alignment and resolution.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in stakeholder workflows to improve program efficiency and reduce friction across handoffs.
  • Lead program management processes for international launches, ensuring timely delivery against customer commitments and internal goals.
  • Implement audit mechanisms and continuous improvements to increase program efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Create and maintain self-service resources, tools, and documentation to enable teams to move faster and reduce dependency.
  • Respond to requests from leadership and stakeholders with dependable SLAs, ensuring clarity and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to design scalable workflows, system integrations, and compliance automation.
  • Driving product/program strategy and execution for product launches with cross-functional technical dependencies.
  • Using data analysis (SQL, forecasting, and metrics dashboards) to guide roadmap decisions and validate business hypotheses.
  • Managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs with technical and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
