  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, science, design, finance, marketing, and operations to deliver on time and at high quality, using clear communication and well-structured documents to influence teams with different priorities.
  • Define success criteria and key performance metrics, differentiate output versus outcome measures, and use data analysis alongside sound judgment to guide decisions, leveraging generative AI capabilities when appropriate.
  • Influence multiple VP-led organizations on customer experience approaches and investment priorities.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch optimization, monitoring operational health, driving adoption, and iterating based on performance data and direct customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or equivalent.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience delivering features and managing product tradeoffs.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in analytics and causal inference (strongly preferred).
  • Experience working with Machine Learning Scientists, Economists, or other science domains to develop highly scalable systems addressing forecasting, optimization, personalization, or similar challenges.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional ownership of complex, ambiguous initiatives, including communicating with senior leadership.
