Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies that support international growth and partner success
- Act as a liaison between Delta and global partners to align on technology integration and customer experience goals
- Create and own the international technical roadmap and centralized backlog
- Collaborate with Commercial and IT teams to implement scalable solutions for international operations and partner engagement
- Evaluate enterprise wide tradeoffs and make decisions that optimize reliability and partner outcomes
Requirements

- Ability to cut through ambiguity, identify solutions, and deliver results in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to build strong connections within commercial and IT teams and with external vendors
- Strong technical aptitude with the capacity to understand and support complex systems, integrations, and data flows
- Ability to develop and own technical solutions in collaboration with commercial groups and IT from ideation to implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels
- Strong analytical and data skills
- Must be performing satisfactorily in current position

- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of airlines, airline tools, processes, and data is strongly preferred
- Experience leading multiple projects with limited supervision and making informed priority tradeoffs
- Ability to collaborate with and rally diverse teams around a common goal
- Track record of delivering thoughtful solutions while meeting or exceeding deadlines
