Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enablement strategies that support international growth and partner success
  • Act as a liaison between Delta and global partners to align on technology integration and customer experience goals
  • Create and own the international technical roadmap and centralized backlog
  • Collaborate with Commercial and IT teams to implement scalable solutions for international operations and partner engagement
  • Evaluate enterprise wide tradeoffs and make decisions that optimize reliability and partner outcomes

Requirements

  • Intellectually curious, highly motivated, and willing to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity, identify solutions, and deliver results in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to build strong connections within commercial and IT teams and with external vendors
  • Strong technical aptitude with the capacity to understand and support complex systems, integrations, and data flows
  • Ability to develop and own technical solutions in collaboration with commercial groups and IT from ideation to implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and data skills
  • Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
  • Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of airlines, airline tools, processes, and data is strongly preferred
  • Experience leading multiple projects with limited supervision and making informed priority tradeoffs
  • Ability to collaborate with and rally diverse teams around a common goal
  • Track record of delivering thoughtful solutions while meeting or exceeding deadlines
