Job Description

Global Partners is hiring a Product Manager to lead marketing technology product development and optimization for an omnichannel customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing technology initiatives across CDP, CRM, and mobile application integrations.
  • Drive the product roadmap by prioritizing features and improvements using business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for customer data, event collection, and attribution systems, aligned to acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.
  • Partner with retail operations and marketing teams to improve in-store experiences and increase customer engagement and foot traffic.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge in retail.
  • Oversee MarTech system integrations to build a unified customer profile and support personalized content and offers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through implementation and iteration of marketing technology tools and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, integrations, and technology workflows.
  • Establish success metrics for marketing technology initiatives and report regularly on KPIs and performance outcomes.
  • Champion data-driven decision making using data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide product strategy and measure progress.
  • Improve data quality and trust by building and scaling mechanisms for reliable event collection and accurate attribution.
  • Strengthen the product management function by sharing best practices with other PMs and squads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably focused on marketing technology (MarTech), digital platforms, or CRM/CDP systems.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, technology, and data teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading MarTech initiatives in an omnichannel retail or consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms including CDP, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Product management experience using agile methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with system integration.
  • Experience in omnichannel retail environments.
  • Highly desirable: background in consumer-focused retail, digital marketing, or omnichannel strategy.
  • Work environment: primarily office-based with a hybrid or flexible schedule as applicable.
  • Travel requirements: occasional travel (~10%) to retail sites or vendor locations may be required.
  • 8+ years of product management experience with a track record delivering high-impact marketing technology products.
  • 2+ years of product management experience in large enterprise organizations.
  • Direct experience with customer data platforms, event collection, attribution, or related MarTech systems.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable business outcomes through cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen connecting platform work to growth, efficiency, and customer experience improvements.

Pay range

  • $118,300.00 - $177,400.00 per year
  • Final offer amount is determined at the start of employment based on experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location; the company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
