Product Manager (Senior-Level, Individual Contributor)

Nuve Controls LLC is seeking a senior-level, individual-contributor Product Manager charged with end-to-end ownership of IoT hardware, firmware, cloud infrastructure, and multi-surface user interfaces. This role prioritizes execution and does not involve people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and delivery for the contractor web portal, mobile app, and thermostat user interface.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead installation, activation, fleet management, and support workflows for contractors.
• Collaborate with firmware, cloud (AWS), mobile, and web engineering teams to align on priorities and delivery plans.
• Define device onboarding, provisioning, reliability, and telemetry requirements.
• Design UX flows, wireframes, and mockups to clarify expected product behavior.
• Improve usability, increase activation success rates, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience shipping web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong documentation and Agile execution skills, with proficiency in Jira and Atlassian tooling.
