Product Operations Assistant
Job Description
Punch Studio is seeking a Product Operations Assistant to help retail customer programs run on time and with accurate execution. This onsite role in Culver City, CA supports coordination across suppliers and internal teams, with a focus on sampling and ticketing workflows, milestone tracking, and reporting.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product Development, Purchasing, and Logistics to keep programs moving, communicate clearly with factories on QA/QC and production feedback, and reduce deadline risk through proactive updates and vendor coordination.
What you will do
- Communicate with factories on QA/QC and production feedback, tracking progress through final approval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to calculate freight weights, dimensions, and CBMs to maximize container space
- Lead program circulation with Sales, Product Development, Purchasing, and Logistics by tracking milestones and flagging deadline risks to internal and external stakeholders
- Own internal and external communications for customer programs
- Lead vendor assignment by understanding scheduled delivery dates, feasibility, and proactively flagging challenges with solution-oriented contingencies
- Run and distribute weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) reports
- Prepare upload files accurately, with attention to detail and data mapping understanding
- Manage sampling end to end: production, delivery, check-in, labeling, and internal distribution, while maintaining an organized sample library by customer
- Own the ticketing process, including ordering, tracking, the customer ticketing log, and deadline communication
- Support Creative, Sales, Product Development, and Logistics with sample retrieval as needed
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience as a program coordinator, program specialist, or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience in wholesale or distribution settings, including retail customer programs and supplier coordination
- Strong detail orientation with knowledge of program management and product development procedures
- Solid project management skills from planning and scheduling through delivery, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and time management, able to juggle multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with reporting, data mapping, and upload file preparation
- Experience working with factories and suppliers, plus internal partnership experience with Sales, Product Development, Purchasing, and Logistics
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Available to communicate with suppliers outside normal working hours during peak season
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification a plus

Compensation and tools
Salary range: USD 75,000 - 85,000 per year.
