Job Description
Product Operations role at Uber ORC focused on global product impact, cross-functional collaboration, and managing Uber's Global Intelligence product suite to power global delivery and mobility operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's relationships with external data providers and research agencies, including budgeting and vendor procurement.
- Lead a team that converts externally sourced data into standard reporting and ad hoc analyses for the executive and senior leadership, including Sr Directors, VPs, and Executives.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives centered on competitive strategy and benchmarking on a global scale.
- Use business metrics and competitive intelligence to enhance the end-to-end customer experience and inform product improvements.
- Develop and execute rollout plans across regions, ensuring alignment of stakeholders across functions.
- Lead biannual strategic planning to foster a community of product leaders focused on scalable innovation and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering (any), Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, plus five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a product operations-related occupation.
- Experience performing data analysis with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Looker.
- Ability to conduct statistical analyses including descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, and confidence interval estimation.
- Experience building and interpreting econometric models using R and Python.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools, including Jira, Asana, Airtable, or Microsoft Project.

Location: New York, NY onsite. Compensation: USD 142,000 - 158,000 per year. Education: Bachelor's degree required.
