Product Operations Lead
Job Description
OneStudyTeam is seeking a Product Operations Lead to orchestrate the day-to-day product workflow and ensure precise delivery of requirements within a regulated healthcare software setting. You will translate business needs and customer feedback into actionable delivery slices for the engineering team, maintain backlog hygiene, and validate features against initial specifications before they reach users. This role is based in Boston, MA with remote work options and offers a yearly salary between USD 100,000 and 125,000.
Responsibilities
- Produce essential product artifacts, including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Keep the product backlog refined and prioritized, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Break down high level roadmap items into practical delivery milestones and value slices.
- Validate newly developed features against initial requirements and expected system behavior prior to release.
- Assess QA findings to determine whether issues are system defects, gaps in requirements, or usability concerns.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and consolidate feedback from business users and clients.
- Own delivery schedules, release readiness, risks, blockers, and open functional decisions.
- Provide regular delivery updates and support internal or executive presentations on progress and tradeoffs.
- Support GTM efforts by preparing customer facing release notes, documentation, and communications about feature limitations.
- Foster clear communication across product, engineering, QA, customer success, operations, and leadership teams.
- Ensure requirements and final release packages align with GxP compliance standards and audit readiness, partnering with Compliance and Quality teams to streamline automation.
- Track adoption metrics, usage statistics, and product KPIs to inform future prioritization.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Agile software development roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analytics, or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and JSON.
- Extensive use of large language models as part of daily workflows and decision making.
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare workflow environments.
- Familiarity with GxP compliance guidelines and validated software environments is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to craft structured user stories, non-functional requirements, validation rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent execution focus with solid organizational skills, backlog management, blocker resolution, and validation of technical deliverables.
