Product Operations Lead
Job Description
Qventus is seeking a Product Operations Lead to guide core product operations and help drive an AI SDLC transformation across R&D. This role connects strategy and execution across Product and Engineering, shaping how teams plan, measure outcomes, and refine the processes and tooling that support delivery.
Working remotely, you will act as both an operational driver and an influence point across teams, ensuring the organization can build, iterate, and execute with shared context, clear metrics, and effective roadmapping mechanisms.
What you’ll do
- Lead development and strategy setting for operations across Product & Engineering, including setting performance targets, tracking outcomes, and driving strategic initiatives.
- Own and operationalize the AI SDLC transformation across R&D, enabling engineering, product/design, and AI agent participants to move initiatives from “idea” to “almost done” (short of code review) independently.
- Define and manage the roadmap to achieve the vision, establishing org-wide foundational context, harness and tooling, and the agents, skills, and workflows built on top.
- Spearhead change management across the R&D organization and iterate on the roadmap based on feedback and learnings.
- Facilitate the company roadmapping process by standardizing intake of input, enabling execution of roadmapping activities, managing cross-team dependencies, aligning OKRs, and distributing roadmap content.
- Manage the Solution Development Lifecycle across key solutions, including facilitating launches, tracking experiments, and ensuring high-quality documentation across teams.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for the product team in company-wide initiatives such as evolving onboarding, knowledge management, and employee growth & development.
- Lead and coordinate strategic meetings across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leadership.
- Identify and evolve bottlenecked processes using strategic thinking to streamline operations and improve team efficiency.
What you bring
- Demonstrated experience beginning to drive an AI-driven SDLC transformation.
- Deep, hands-on fluency with coding agents and agentic workflows, plus active experimentation with AI tools in professional and personal contexts.
- Strong change management experience, with the ability to rally and move cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.
- Operational strength, including measuring and regularly reporting on key metrics that support insight and effective decision-making.
- Adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to evolve processes, address bottlenecks, and respond to operational challenges.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional presence for working with customers and partners, including C-Suite executives.
- Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” by pitching in and filling gaps when needed.
Nice to have
- Product management experience.
- Project management certification.
- Experience in healthcare technology.
Salary range: USD 150,000 - 200,000 per year.
Location: Remote.
