Job Description

The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team at Lululemon, focused on bringing the store product strategy to life through strong product operations and inventory execution. This role supports both floor readiness and back of house organization while helping deliver a consistently high-quality guest experience during assigned floor coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with store leadership to translate the store product strategy into daily execution.
  • Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy work in alignment with established SOPs.
  • Ensure product actions are completed, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
  • Lead inventory shifts by engaging team members and maintaining a fun, productive shift atmosphere.
  • Monitor product levels and share insights to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
  • Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform next steps, including analyzing product sell-through and recommending product focus to store leadership (and, for outlets, pricing input).
  • Support store hiring by participating in recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training activities.
  • Provide performance support through direct feedback, real-time recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning opportunities.
  • Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships.
  • When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class guest experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
  • Schedule flexibility based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • During peak periods, special events, or other circumstances, schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some team members.
  • Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including use of business technology to complete work.
  • Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

Preferred Job Assets (Nice to Have)

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or higher.
  • Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations related to inventory or logistics, including reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to guide action.
  • For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification.

Work Context

  • Moves throughout the store, including front of house areas with bright lights and loud music, and back of house areas with no windows or natural light.
  • Works as part of a team and sometimes independently; may use a computer or other technical devices to complete tasks.
  • May occasionally lift or move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and may use ladders to reach materials.
  • For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: may use industrial kitchen equipment and have exposure to heat while preparing food or beverages.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.61/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.

Target Bonus: $2.00/hour.

Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.61/hour.
