Product Operations Lead

Lululemon is hiring a Product Operations Lead for an onsite role in Kennewick, WA. This position sits within the store leadership team and focuses on turning the store product strategy into day-to-day execution, with a strong emphasis on inventory operations and guest experience.

When scheduled on the floor, you help ensure products are available and presented effectively, while guiding shift rhythm through accurate inventory processing, organized back-of-house execution, and technical product education during open hours when serving as Supervisor on Duty.

What you’ll do

• Partner with store leadership to bring the store product strategy to life.
• Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy work in line with store standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Create a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift while engaging team members in inventory management.
• Monitor product levels and share findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
• Review and interpret daily business data and metrics, including sell-through insights to recommend product focus and, for outlet locations, pricing input for store leadership.
• Participate in hiring activities including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
• Address performance needs through feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning to support development.
• Help build a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships.
• When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, lead from the floor and ensure guests receive technical product education for a world-class experience.

What you bring

• Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Travel: Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
• Experience: 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including use of business technology to complete work.
• Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

Nice to have

• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
• Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience, including reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to guide action.
• For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: food safety and/or liquor service certification.

Schedule and work context

• Work schedule can vary based on store needs.
• Shifts are typically scheduled mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, schedules may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some team members.
• Work includes moving through front-of-house areas with bright lights and loud music, and back-of-house spaces with no windows or natural light.
• Work is done as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may involve computers or other technical devices.
• Occasionally, you may move boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use ladders to reach materials.
• For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: may involve using industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat.

Compensation and benefits

• Base pay range: $23.00 - $26.50/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)
