Product Operations Lead
Job Description
Lululemon is looking for a Product Operations Lead to help bring the store product strategy to life. This contract role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, with compensation that includes an hourly base plus a target bonus. What you’ll do
As part of the store leadership team, you will execute product operations and inventory management to keep the floor and back of house organized and well stocked. You will lead inventory shifts, drive accuracy and processing activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing are completed effectively.
- Collaborate with store leadership to translate store product strategy into daily execution
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities according to SOPs
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through and optimal availability for guests
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics, including sell-through insights and outlet pricing recommendations
- Ensure execution of product actions, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing
- Create a fun, productive shift atmosphere that engages team members in inventory work
You will also partner with people leaders on staffing and team development. When scheduled, you may serve as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, leading from the floor to deliver technical product education and a world-class guest experience.
- Participate in hiring activities, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and hiring recommendations
- Provide direct feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences
- Build supportive working relationships that contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment
- When serving as Supervisor on Duty, move dynamically and lead from the floor to strengthen guest experience
What you bring
- 1 year of work experience
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
Schedule and work context
The work schedule can vary based on store needs. Shifts are typically scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and during peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights.
- Move through the store including front of house (bright lights, loud music) and back of house (no windows or natural light)
- Work may be completed as part of a team, independently, and sometimes using a computer or other technical devices
- Occasional lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use of ladders to reach materials
- For experiential stores with food or beverage service only: use industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat may be required
Compensation and benefits
- Base pay range: $22 - 27 per hour (with a note that pay is subject to minimum wage in the location)
- Target bonus: $2.00/hour
- Total target base pay range: $24.50 - 27.89/hour
