Product Operations Manager

This Product Operations Manager role focuses on operationalizing product changes, with a specific emphasis on telematics program execution for Plymouth Rock’s personal lines products in the Direct division’s assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirements for product-driven changes
• Provide product expertise for changes initiated by other business units
• Act as a liaison between Product and interfacing teams, including IT partners and other business units
• Oversee product feature implementation and help ensure accuracy prior to and after implementation
• Ensure telematics program accuracy
• Independently manage projects, including coordinating delivery of product feature updates
• Recommend telematics and process improvements
• Manage IT-related budgets

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management or another technical or analytical role
• Experience developing and implementing new, effective solutions for complex business issues
• Experience managing relationships with upper management and technical developers
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while handling a high volume of tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Use quantitative approaches to produce sound business analysis with strong attention to detail
• Ability to spot results outside the norm, draw conclusions, and articulate findings
• Attention to detail
• Insurance industry understanding and experience is preferred
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• MS-SQL (or related software) skill is preferred

Compensation

• USD 115,000 - 151,000 per year
• Actual compensation may vary based on knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity
