Job Description

Join Google to build and scale AI-powered solutions and enablement for Consumer Apps Marketing. In this on-site role in New York, NY, you will partner with marketing teams to pinpoint workflow bottlenecks, then deliver lightweight tools and multi-agent workflows that improve efficiency and adoption across programs.

This position sits at the intersection of product operations, technical program management, and applied AI. You will move internal pilots into deployment by creating web apps, dashboards, automations, and custom AI skills, supported by Google’s AI and cloud stack.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to diagnose workflow bottlenecks and prioritize where AI tools and agents can deliver the most impact.
  • Build and deploy production-ready, lightweight web apps and live dashboards, including Workspace automations using Apps Script and multi-agent workflows developed with AI-assisted coding tools and Gemini.
  • Develop custom AI skills and workflows, leveraging LLMs and Google AI tooling to connect agents to structured context.
  • Write PRDs/BRDs and partner with engineering teams to deliver complex, multi-quarter solutions.
  • Lead internal AI solutions from early piloting through wide-scale deployment via workflow integration, change management, and workshops.
  • Own tool roadmaps, track adoption and efficiency metrics, and coordinate security, privacy, and legal launch reviews.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in product operations, marketing technology, technical program management, management consulting, or technical operations.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools or low-code platforms to build and deploy working web apps, live dashboards, or workflow automations (including Apps Script, SQL, or Python/JavaScript).
  • Experience designing custom AI workflows, reusable prompt/skill libraries, and grounded context layers using LLMs (for example structured Markdown or spreadsheet configurations, or SQL/data connections).
  • Track record taking internal tools or operational programs from early piloting through adoption and deployment.

Compensation and benefits

US Salary: $148,000 - $215,000 (USD) per year + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with AI-assisted coding (for example Antigravity) tools and Google’s AI and cloud stack (Gemini, AI Studio, NotebookLM, Vertex AI, Cloud Run) to create custom skills, web apps, and chained workflows.
  • Experience translating operational challenges into PRDs and guiding engineering vendors or development teams to ship complex solutions.
  • Experience structuring shared knowledge bases, dynamic prompt configurations, and user-centered tools.
  • Experience leading internal go-to-market efforts, pilot rollouts, and workshops that drive measurable adoption across non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), SQL (for example BigQuery), or APIs to ground tools in data and measure impact.
