Product Operations Specialist
Job Description
Product Operations partner for Ramp Bill Pay in New York, NY (hybrid) focused on building and scaling accounts payable workflows, reducing customer friction, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design, with a salary range of USD 120,000 to 180,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Own the voice of the customer loop for Bill Pay by collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback from CX, Sales, and direct users to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to convert feedback into clear product requirements and specifications
- Lead launch operations for Bill Pay features from Alpha through GA, ensuring readiness and smooth rollout
- Deliver tangible product improvements (UX tweaks and friction-reduction) by managing your own backlog of customer issues and not just feeding engineering tickets, leveraging AI tools
- Leverage AI to automate processes and build capabilities that accelerate shipping while safeguarding quality
- Create scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Bill Pay workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role in B2B SaaS; payments, accounts payable, fintech workflows, or financial operations experience preferred
- Proficient in using data to size opportunities, analyze adoption, support trends, assess payment flow performance, and identify customer friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes
- Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and aligning multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias toward shipping improvements quickly and measuring impact
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate work and directly implement product improvements (example Claude Code)
