Product Operations Specialist

Gofo Inc is hiring a Product Operations Specialist to help translate frontline operational needs into practical product improvements. This onsite role in Carteret, NJ focuses on iterative system optimization, feature implementation, and the digitalization of terminal and station operations. What you will do

• Collect and summarize frontline requirements, evaluate how well they map to existing processes, and integrate them into value-added solutions, including updates to SOPs.
• Lead implementation of key product features, monitor launch effectiveness, and run project post-mortems to capture learnings.
• Own the productization of transit station management business, organizing product requirements according to underlying business logic.
• Produce regular summaries and analyses of system issues to support continuous, iterative system optimization.
• Stay current on changes in terminal operational processes, design and communicate digitalization plans for those processes, and develop product solutions in response.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics management or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics distribution management or site operation management.
• Rigorous logical thinking, strong summarization and distillation skills, and effective cross-department communication.
• Familiarity with the last-mile parcel delivery business and processes, with strong sensitivity to business productization.
• Data analysis capability to identify issues through data and formulate solutions that drive resolution.
