Job Description
Optimize execution health by building scalable systems, automated workflows, and data dashboards across the product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated data dashboards and reporting to deliver reliable visibility into execution health and resource allocation.
- Develop and run scalable systems and automations that support agile product development workflows, including end-to-end tracking from roadmap through development, QA, and release.
- Experiment with and implement AI tooling (for example, Gemini) to create agentic workflows that reduce operational load and surface new business and product insights.
- Partner with Product and Engineering stakeholders to describe systems and processes, interpret data for different audiences, and convert operational needs into technical tooling requirements.
- Share system best practices, gather feedback, and iterate to improve internal tools.
- Drive cross-team alignment so systems capture dependencies across teams and help mitigate execution risks.
Requirements
- Experience managing systems, automations, and data across product, engineering, and/or business operations.
- Hands-on experience creating automated workflows (including Python, AppScript, AI tools, and other automation tooling).
- Experience building data analysis dashboards and reports using SQL and tools such as BigQuery and Tableau.
- Familiarity with the software product development life-cycle, including product requirements, feature planning breakdowns, GitHub collaboration flows, CI/CD workflows, testing, QA, and release processes.
- Experience with agile development and management practices (for example, Scrum and Kanban), along with comfort using the associated tooling (for example, JIRA and Confluence).
- Strong organization, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills, with adaptability when requirements are unclear or new information emerges.
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain complex systems and interpret data for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
