Job Description

Intone Networks is hiring a Product Owner to lead Client Experience data strategy and governance, along with analytics for CX data products in the financial services sector. This on-site role is based in Malvern, PA, offering the opportunity to collaborate across teams and shape data-driven decision making in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the technical strategy and implementation for Client Experience data products.
  • Build, lead, and monitor the division's Data Dependency program.
  • Utilize SQL to develop and optimize CX metrics code for senior leadership, alongside analytics tools such as Python, Power BI, Tableau, and AWS S3 Tables.

Requirements

  • Dedicated background in Client Experience (CX) with experience managing both client feedback survey data and non-survey data ecosystems.
  • Advanced expertise in Data Lineage and Data Architecture.
  • Advanced expertise in Metadata Documentation and Technical Process Maps.
  • Proven ability to implement monitoring capabilities and alert functionalities across data products.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong SQL skills to manage and optimize senior leadership CX metrics code.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools including Python, Power BI, Tableau, and AWS S3 Tables.
