Product Owner
Job Description
Hybrid role in Arizona with a healthcare-focused product mission: support delivery of a solution centered on claims validation and compliance automation. This Associate Product Owner position works closely with the Delivery Lead, Project Manager, and cross-functional teams to keep the product moving from backlog to validation, while tracking measurable outcomes like accuracy and automation impact. Compensation is up to $94,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.
What you’ll do
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining and refining the product backlog.
- Help with requirements gathering by partnering with Subject-matter experts.
- Under guidance, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and enable smooth delivery.
- Assist in tracking KPIs, including accuracy, automation, and impact.
- Lead UAT and support validation processes for the healthcare solution.
- Support adoption and continuous improvements after delivery.
What you bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles.
- A genuine interest in healthcare and building solutions with real-world impact.
- Ability to create timely, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Commitment to accurate, up-to-date solution documentation.
- Basic comfort with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer Engineering or a related field.
