Product Owner

Hybrid role in Arizona with a healthcare-focused product mission: support delivery of a solution centered on claims validation and compliance automation. This Associate Product Owner position works closely with the Delivery Lead, Project Manager, and cross-functional teams to keep the product moving from backlog to validation, while tracking measurable outcomes like accuracy and automation impact. Compensation is up to $94,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you’ll do

• Support the Project Manager in maintaining and refining the product backlog.
• Help with requirements gathering by partnering with Subject-matter experts.
• Under guidance, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and enable smooth delivery.
• Assist in tracking KPIs, including accuracy, automation, and impact.
• Lead UAT and support validation processes for the healthcare solution.
• Support adoption and continuous improvements after delivery.

What you bring

• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles.
