Job Description
Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Digital Product Owner to help shape dealer and customer-focused digital experiences. This role partners across business, technology, operations, and leadership to set delivery priorities, manage the product backlog, and guide Agile execution. You will also support release readiness and use performance tracking to continuously improve outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value while balancing risk, dependencies, effort, and delivery timelines
- Confirm requirements align with business, regulatory, security, and operational needs
- Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, operations, and leadership teams
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies to support successful delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage competing priorities, and make product decisions within assigned scope
- Coordinate release planning, testing, communications, training, and deployment readiness activities
- Track product performance, adoption, customer feedback, and key metrics to support continuous improvement
- Communicate delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Partner with architecture, UX, data, security, and delivery teams to ensure scalable and effective solutions
- Manage dependencies, delivery risks, and vendor relationships to support implementation
- Support product roadmaps, business cases, and strategic initiatives that improve dealer and customer experiences
- Help connect business objectives to product priorities, features, and measurable outcomes
What you’ll bring
- 5–7 years of experience in digital product management, business strategy, business analysis, or related roles
- Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, Agile delivery, and cross-functional initiatives
- Experience supporting product implementations, testing, releases, and process improvement efforts
- Automotive, financial services, dealer-facing, sales enablement, or portal experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- SAFe Agile, Six Sigma, Salesforce, or related certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of product management, Agile methodologies, digital workflows, CRM platforms, and business process improvement
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, personas, system integrations, and digital product ecosystems

Primary location: Plano, TX (hybrid). Work location: 6100 W. Plano Parkway, Suite 2000, Suite 2000, Plano 75093, with also a Dallas, TX location.
Compensation: USD 88,000 - 136,400 per year. Job type: Regular, full-time. Overtime status: Exempt. Schedule: Full-time.
