Product Owner – Auto-Dialer and Outbound Campaign Management

Perficient, Inc is seeking a Product Owner to lead product and delivery efforts for auto-dialer and outbound campaign management solutions. This position is based in the United States (onsite) and centers on working alongside an Agile Scrum team while coordinating with multiple business and technology groups to move initiatives from definition to production.

In this role, you will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, shape and manage the product backlog, and ensure work flows smoothly from implementation through ongoing production support. The product owner responsibilities also include independent leadership of product and delivery activities, supported by close collaboration with the Scrum team.
