Role Overview

In this position, you will define the vision, requirements, and delivery approach for voice and contact center AI solutions. You will ensure that development work remains aligned to the intended product scope and supported capabilities, and that the team delivers the right tasks for each iteration.

Core Responsibilities

• Define the vision, requirements, and delivery for voice-based customer service solutions, with emphasis on AI and conversational technologies
• Translate a high-level product vision into detailed functional requirements
• Create product user stories that support delivery planning and execution
• Review and accept completed deliverables within a given iteration
• Ensure the development team works on tasks intended to address specific product scope and capabilities
• Serve as the primary contact to ensure development activities target the defined product scope and capabilities

Product Execution Focus

The role bridges strategy and delivery by maintaining clear alignment between what is planned in the product backlog and what is executed by the development team. You will use functional requirements and user stories to guide iteration work, then validate outcomes by accepting completed deliverables.
