Seasonal Product Operations Lead
Job Description
The Seasonal Product Operations Lead plays a key role in bringing the store product strategy to life at Lululemon in Fresno, CA. As part of the store leadership team, you will lead inventory processing and accuracy efforts, oversee back of house product operations, and step in as Supervisor on Duty when scheduled to deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor.
What you’ll do
- Work with store leadership to execute the product strategy through day-to-day actions.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure product actions are executed, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Create a fun, productive shift atmosphere to engage team members in inventory management.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, such as analyzing product sell-through data to recommend product focus and, for outlets, pricing direction.
- Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- Provide direct feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences to support team member performance and development.
- Build a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships.
- When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and experience world-class service.
What you’ll bring
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work.
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
- Ability to be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
- Schedule flexibility based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, possible schedule additions such as early mornings or late nights/overnights for some team members.
Nice to have
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher.
- Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; experience reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action.
- For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification.
Compensation and benefits
- Base Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.50/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location).
- Target Bonus: $2.00/hour.
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.50/hour.

Work context
- Move through the store, sometimes in front of house with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes in back of house with no windows or natural light.
- Work occurs as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may involve using a computer or other technical devices.
- Occasionally involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) or using ladders to reach materials.
- For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: exposure to heat and use of industrial kitchen equipment to prepare food or beverages.
