Senior Consumer Product Manager
Job Description
Abbott’s Lingo division is seeking a Senior Consumer Product Manager in Alameda, CA (onsite) to turn glucose data into personalized, actionable insights and drive behavior change through sustainable engagement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary voice of users by conducting high-impact user research and using user feedback to accurately capture and represent user needs and product interactions.
- Translate research into product decisions to strengthen confidence in product direction, ensure user needs are met, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
- Own roadmap development and prioritization by crafting a highly prioritized roadmap aligned to the product vision and strategy and focused on business impact.
- Lead end-to-end product development, including discovery, ideation, scoping, execution, and launch of user-centric features.
- Define key performance metrics for features and analyze product performance to measure success, identify gaps, and determine improvement areas.
- Drive operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration by partnering with design, engineering, and other peers to provide visibility into the development process and ship a consistent, high-quality experience across the whole product.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience at a consumer tech company or organization.
- Proven track record taking products from concept through successful market adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate customer problems and product solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter approach to proactively identifying opportunities to improve the product and user experience.
- Ability to use insights and available resources to build high conviction before development begins.
- Creative, out-of-the-box product thinking, with passion for improving access to and outcomes in mental health.
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and leverage stakeholder expertise to reach optimal solutions.
- High customer empathy with a focus on execution and turning ideas into action.
- Skilled at blending quantitative and qualitative inputs as warranted by each situation.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and can convert ambiguity into clarity.

Pay Range
USD 114,000 - 228,000 per year. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
