Senior Product Manager

bp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the earnify Pro Driver Experience, guiding the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile app that serves professional drivers. Based in Chicago, IL with a hybrid work arrangement, this role sits at the intersection of loyalty, payments, and site experiences, building a unified platform that scales driver benefits across bp’s network.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the earnify Pro app strategy in partnership with business stakeholders, aligning with the goal of a unified platform for professional drivers across loyalty, payments, and site experiences.
• Value-Based Prioritization: Own the product roadmap and backlog, making commercially grounded decisions on what to build next based on driver value, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Driver Experience Ownership: Shape the end-to-end mobile experience across onboarding, discovery, payments, rewards, and amenities, ensuring the app differentiates itself and is preferred by drivers.
• Driven & Market Awareness: Maintain understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate through value, experience, and network advantages.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, Delivery Managers, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive alignment and successful execution.
• Platform & Ecosystem Thinking: Operate across mobile apps, APIs, loyalty platforms, payments, and site systems to ensure a seamless and scalable product experience.
• Execution & Delivery Partnership: Collaborate with Delivery Managers to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery while focusing on value outcomes.
• Product Performance & Growth: Define and monitor metrics for adoption, engagement, retention, and commercial impact; iterate to unlock additional value.

Requirements

• Exceptional Product Perspective: Ability to identify high-value opportunities, balancing experience, commercial impact, and feasibility.
• Commercial Foresight: Understanding of how digital products drive revenue and loyalty, with the ability to make value-based trade-offs.
• Mobile Product Leadership: Experience leading mobile app products at scale within loyalty, marketplace, mobility, or retail ecosystems.
• Customer Obsession: Strong empathy for end users and ability to translate insights into simple, impactful experiences.
• Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of APIs, data platforms, and integrated systems.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Execution in Ambiguity: Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
