Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager role on the Marketing Team at Hampton Products, focused on product strategy, execution, and profitability for an assigned business.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate product vision and strategy for the marketing domain, aligned to company goals and customer needs
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver high-quality products and features
• Run market research and incorporate user feedback and data analysis to identify and validate product opportunities, problems, and solutions
• Build and maintain the product roadmap and backlog; prioritize work to deliver value for customers and the business on time
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans covering positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch strategies
• Track and improve product and feature performance using data-driven insights and feedback loops
• Lead innovation efforts for the assigned business in collaboration with engineering and other functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive product management experience in the marketing domain, preferably in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated experience launching and scaling products/features that deliver customer and business value
• Strong working knowledge of the marketing landscape, trends, best practices, and tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to influence diverse stakeholders
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities using data and customer feedback
• Self-motivated, agile, adaptable, with a growth mindset and interest in learning and innovation

Pay

• USD 100,000 - 120,000 per year
