Job Description

Senior Product Manager on Ensemble RCM LLC’s Product & Innovation team, responsible for executing a technology-forward roadmap that delivers solutions into clients’ RCM operations, enabling associates and enhancing revenue capture and efficiency at scale. Based in Blue Ash, Ohio, with remote work options.

Responsibilities

  • Translate operational needs into technology requirements by leading discovery sessions with operations teams to map how associates work, define what technology solutions must achieve, and document requirements for engineering to implement.
  • Oversee solutions from build to deployment, maintain alignment with engineering on priorities, coordinate testing with operations, and ensure feedback is captured and incorporated to deliver solutions that perform in live operations.
  • Maintain roadmap accuracy and transparency by ensuring development timelines, KPIs, and feature documentation reflect current status and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate and manage work across a distributed global product team, delegating accountability, reviewing outputs, and maintaining delivery momentum.

Requirements

  • At least three years of professional experience in healthcare revenue cycle management consulting, product management, healthcare RCM technology implementation, or a closely related field.
  • Proven ability to translate complex operational processes into structured technology requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with agile engineering teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly across operational, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Ability to work independently with general oversight in a fast paced, high-ambiguity environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, with emphasis on backend insurance billing and follow-up processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Aha or similar product management and roadmap tools.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable agile project management platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL; ability to write basic queries independently.
  • Experience deploying rules-based automation, AI, or LLM-powered solutions in an operational context.
  • Background at a healthcare RCM technology company or as a product manager supporting RCM operations.
  • Consulting or advisory experience in healthcare technology or RCM.
  • Experience managing distributed or global product team members.
  • Salary range: USD 101,600 – 152,400 per year, based on experience and geographic location.
  • Must be inquisitive and open to innovation, including AI, to improve processes and enhance patient and client experiences.
  • Remote position with willingness to travel up to 10% to client sites, temporary locations, or corporate offices as business needs require.
