Job Description

Signant Health is building products that turn complex data into clinical and customer-ready intelligence. This Senior Product Manager role is based in the United States (onsite) and focuses on the full product lifecycle for a product line tied to sensors, wearables, and the productization of Pure Signal Analytics. You will lead the data journey through a clear framework built around the “4 S’s” and bring strategy to execution across teams.

What you’ll do

You will lead product strategy and delivery from concept through execution, balancing customer needs, competitive performance, and measurable outcomes. The role centers on shaping how users experience data and how clinical intelligence becomes product value.

  • Bring the data story to life using the “4 S’s”: Show (dashboards and reports in Insights Portal), Stream (enabling customers to take their data elsewhere), Search (asking questions of the data through the new AI launch), and Surface (clinical intelligence, including productizing Pure Signal Analytics).
  • Own sensors and wearables, including the framework for embedding devices and returning device data into the central repository, aligned to Pure Signal Analytics productization.
  • Manage multiple products and timelines, coordinating work with external customers and internal teams.
  • Partner across functions including R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, with critical collaboration with Science and Medical.
  • Translate user needs into execution by gathering insights from customers, competitors, technology trends, market research and analysis, strategy, and internal and external stakeholders, then formalizing business plans for target products.
  • Create product planning artifacts as part of the applied product development process, including requirements specifications and/or epics, features, and use cases.
  • Steer R&D delivery by monitoring execution and aligning product deliverables with Operations to support successful introduction, including planning new competencies and process changes.
  • Drive value messaging and go-to-market in collaboration with Go-to-Market support (if available), partnering with Marketing on value messages, materials, and webinars.
  • Support pricing and sales positioning with Sales and Corporate Development, including leading product positioning for key accounts and building sales training with Marketing.
  • Track profitability and competition, including generating product pricing and monitoring product profitability and the competitive landscape.

How success is measured

  • Within 90 days: develop a solid grasp of the strategy behind the data journey.
  • By six months: take ownership of sensors and wearables as part of Pure Signal Analytics productization.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience with IRT (required).
  • Minimum 8 years in product management or similar product design roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to summarize and present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences, including business leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal, project planning, and implementation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively across all levels of the organization and partner with executives and managers across departments (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
  • Team-oriented approach and a “can do” attitude.
  • Independence and self-motivation, with autonomous judgment while keeping management well informed of priorities, progress, and status.
  • Ability to seek and analyze information from a variety of sources.
  • Capacity to balance the bigger picture with detailed work that supports product managers and product owners.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness.

Decision-making and influence

  • Influence on company product strategy, product plan, and roadmap for the given product area.
  • Decision making on product positioning and features within agreed budget frames.
  • Decision making on the product roadmap with the broader product management leadership.
  • Ownership of key product milestones, including user experience/design, readiness to begin development, and marketing/sales readiness.
  • Leading the pilot or beta period for a product prior to GA (general availability).
  • Influence on lead customer targeting and marketing positioning.
  • Impact on commercial success, including revenue and profitability, with overall accountability as “a mini CEO for the product.”

Additional considerations

  • Desirable experience managing complex products within a large portfolio.
  • Understanding of budgeting and product management ways of working, including priorities.
  • Understanding of development processes, including Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to build personal relationships with lead customers and internal stakeholders.

Travel and work arrangement

  • Travel: occasional customer-facing and conference travel (approximately 10–15%).
  • Location: US-based, with flexibility on location and working hours; onsite arrangement.
