Job Description

Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for a major OASIS vertical within DXC’s agentic AI platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major OASIS vertical
  • Identify and prioritize highest-value problems using user needs, business goals, and platform strategy
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to scope and deliver initiatives from discovery through launch
  • Use qualitative research, product data, and market context to make decisions, tradeoffs, and priorities
  • Create a product narrative that aligns teams, leadership, and stakeholders around direction and an investment thesis
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate roadmap decisions based on outcomes
  • Raise the bar on product thinking, decision quality, and execution across the broader PM team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI products
  • Owned a product or major product area end-to-end, delivering meaningful user and business impact
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and execution, able to shift between long-term direction and near-term delivery
  • Clear communication across levels, from executive strategy discussions to crisp product requirements and decision documents
  • Comfort with ambiguity: frame problems, create direction, and align cross-functional teams on what matters
  • Hands-on, operator-minded: write briefs, lead discovery, review data, and drive execution while maintaining the bigger picture
  • Influence without formal authority by building conviction, aligning stakeholders, and driving strong product decisions
  • A point of view on agentic AI and enterprise platforms, with continuous refinement

  • PM ownership spans AI Assist, Client Experience, and Knowledge
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, and senior leadership to ship capabilities and measurable impact
  • Reports to the Director of Product Management and User Experience

Role details

  • Senior IC role with meaningful strategic influence and clear ownership
  • Own a major OASIS vertical end-to-end, from concept through launch and iteration
  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success measurement for a vertical where you will not inherit a fully formed product
  • Team is lean, problem space is high potential, and pace is fast

Nice to have

  • Background building for technical or operational users (engineers, ops leads, automation specialists)
  • Experience with platforms involving agents, data integrations, or knowledge systems
  • Comfort prototyping ideas with AI tools like Lovable or v0 or similar tools
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features and partnering with applied science or data teams
  • Experience with CMS platforms and content operations, including structuring, governing, and scaling knowledge in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with knowledge-base programs, taxonomy strategy, and workflows that keep enterprise knowledge accurate, useful, and easy to discover

Compensation

  • Estimated compensation range: $110,300 - $204,800 per year
