Senior Product Manager, Delivery Experience, Speed Innovation
Job Description
Own and accelerate growth of Amazon’s premium ultra-fast delivery experience, focusing on adoption, volume, and end-to-end performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the business by identifying leading indicators behind customer adoption, unit-volume growth, and operational performance, then translating insights into actions that improve results
- Partner across Product and Operations to connect operational constraints to customer experience and to understand how product decisions affect execution across the delivery network
- Diagnose drivers behind changes in key business metrics and recommend corrective actions with speed
- Operate with autonomy on feature and expansion decisions, while influencing senior leaders using sound business judgment and data
- Optimize the end-to-end customer experience across Amazon platforms and apps for the premium 1 to 3 hour delivery service
- Develop and refine pricing structures for the premium service
- Balance customer experience goals with operational realities across the delivery network
- Drive measurable improvements in business performance tied to adoption and unit-volume trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience delivering products end to end
- Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs as part of a product
- Experience as a product manager or product owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Compensation: USD 136,000 - 184,100 per year
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
